We are currently seeking a Tech Support Team Lead to bolster an already strong team! This position will serve a group of Technical Representatives in their post-sale support of Cree Lighting Warranty requests. We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in managing a team of technical support representatives. You will be responsible for coordinating the work of our technical support team, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve our customer service. This person must love being a Coach, Mentor and Manager!
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Applicable work experience required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or related activity.
- Proficient in the use of systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Oracle and Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.
