Job Title: Tele-Sale Representative
Department: Sales
Position Objective: To optimize sale volume and revenue through the management of assigned accounts; to grow volume, distribution, and brand visibility while providing service to customers commensurate with their value to the distributorship.
Brief Job Description:
- Working knowledge of beer sales and distribution.
- Understanding of retail performance standards and the ability to deliver consistent execution against those standards.
- Working knowledge of executing pricing and promotional plans.
- Must have a strong customer focus.
- Must be able to interact and negotiate with all levels of customers.
- Must be able to rapidly analyze account needs and individual styles to sell appropriate products, programs, promotions, and merchandising material.
- A general understanding of channel dynamics and needs.
- A working knowledge of applicable company policies, and state/local regulations governing the sale and marketing of alcoholic beverages.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A working knowledge of applicable company policies, and state/local regulations governing the sale and marketing of alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible for the effective coordination and follow-up of inter-department communication, to ensure efficient delivery of customers’ requests. The preferred method of communication will be e-mail.
