Full Job Description- Clinician/Therapist LADC, LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC

Salary: 58,000 – 75,000 per year depending on experience and licensure

Setting: Amazing organization that provides residential community based mental health care in the Hastings area. Very rewarding position working with supportive staff with an organization that values work-life balance. Position is open to new Master’s level therapists looking for a position that can provide free supervision towards their required hours.

Daily life: In person M-F 8-4 with flexibility for administrative time. Provides therapy and case management for flexible case load depending on experience and licensure. Some individual and group work. Day schedule, in person-no nights/weekends.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social work or related field
• LADC, LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC
• Prefer previous experience in the field of mental health, including individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client caseload including ongoing therapy to: individuals, families, or groups depending on need
• Complete charting and documentation in accordance with documentation policies and procedures
• Collaborates with other professionals on the client's treatment team to develop, coordinate, or integrate treatment plans.
• Maintaining detailed records of patients' progress
• Adhere to organizational standards and policies and procedures, code of ethics, legal aspects of clinical practice, professional standards, duty to warn, abuse and neglect reporting policies and procedures and exercise professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
