Full Job Description Clinician/ Therapist- LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LCMFT

Salary: 65,000-70,000 per year full-time DOE

Setting: Very exciting position for a Therapist that loves to get out into the community and be a part of a team. In this role, you will be a part of a skilled multidisciplinary team that provides treatment in the home as part of Maryland’s ACT program. Daily caseload 3–4 clients with plenty of time for charting and team meetings.

Daily life: The day will start with a meeting with your team and then home visits with clients. Typical caseload is usually 3–4 clients per day, with time for administrative duties and charting. Schedule is flexible depending on therapist and client needs. Clients consist of adults with a variety of psychiatric diagnoses, all registered in the ACT program. No on call, no evening, no weekends.

Treatment team consists of NP, therapist, administrative lead, vocational and housing assistants, nurses, and substance use therapists if required. Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling or related field preferred
• New Master's graduates considered salary DOE
• Must be a registered with the board in Maryland.
• Two years therapeutic experience preferred
• Current driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Manage client caseload-initial Bio-psychosocial and follow-up notes
• Complete charting and documentation in accordance with documentation policies and procedures
• Collaborates with other professionals on the client's treatment team to develop, coordinate, or integrate treatment plans.
• Maintaining detailed records of patients' progress
