Ticket Sales Representative Job at Colorado Eagles

The Colorado Eagles are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated sales associate to sell and service season tickets, sell new mini-plans, and group tickets through prospecting and lead generation. In addition, this position will also assist with customer relations and guest services at all home games, cultivate relationships with their season ticket clientele, create new ideas to increase ticket sales and retention, and perform basic office functions as needed and be expected to attain the goals of the ticket department each season. The candidate will be an integral part of the ticketing team and the culture we have developed.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute sales calls to potential customers through cold calling, prospecting and referrals from current customers.
  • Maintain and create new relationships with local non-profit and youth organizations.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through area businesses and organizations.
  • Respond to inbound sales calls and inquiries by providing sales information and service as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of prospecting and sales activity in CRM and ticketing system.
  • Visit prospects and customers during home games.
  • Represent organization at various networking and offsite community events promoting tickets sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of ticket plan programs as well as ticket holder preferences.
  • Assist in the development of creating new and unique ticket packages for individual ticket buyers.
  • Provide superior customer service to current and potential fans.
  • Assist in game operations needs based on theme nights and promotional schedule.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Attributes:
  • 1-2 years experience in ticket sales and service with a professional sports team
  • Highly self-motivated with the desire to be successful
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to work nights and weekends

Pay Transparency
The approximate base salary for this position is $35,000-$40,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a estimate for the position based on experience. Individuals will also be eligible for commission that can start at $10,000+, based on individual sales and goals.
