Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Engage with our clients to understand their business needs relating to their payroll time & attendance platform
• Lead detailed discovery sessions to determine effective time & attendance implementation designs that satisfy the customer's criteria
• Design system workflows, training requirements, installation processes of hardware and the configuration of Kronos and iSolved time products and interfaces
• Execute accurate and timely conversions and appropriate product installations throughout the implementation process
• Ensure full client understanding of project requirements, scope, roles and responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria
• Lead application orientation and training for clients on all time & attendance products; demo time & attendance products
• Establish detailed timeframes for the installation of new clocks or replacement of old clocks that lead to successful go-live dates and ensure all software and hardware settings are configured for clients

Here's what we're looking for:

• Preference given to those with 1+ years' experience working with time & attendance systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and fellow employees
• Strong data entry and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong ability to apply common sense understanding, judgement, and leadership to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
