C.L.A. Title and Escrow is a nationwide title and settlement company helping homeowners, mortgage lenders and real estate agents with the settlement process. Our core principle is keeping clients happy through our consistently smooth and efficient closing process!

We are looking for a title processor/closer to join our exciting and growing team of title professionals. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience processing purchase transactions, and a well-rounded skill set that includes customer service, analysis, and detailed research abilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with real estate transactions or title processing, or as a title company pre-processor is essential.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office is needed.
• Experience with Qualia a PLUS!
• Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred
