Title Processor Job at Ability Title
Ability Title assists buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders in property sales, purchases, and loans. Whether you’re dealing with contracts, title insurance, title searches, real estate closing document preparation, establishing escrow accounts, or need assistance regarding 1031 exchanges. We passionately serve the title needs of residents throughout Volusia County, including DeLand, DeBary, Orange City, and Deltona, to name a few. Previous real estate or title office experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements: Attention to detail in grammar and information input in documents. Common knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. The ability to learn and use office software. Computer savvy is a must. We are looking for someone with great communication skills that exude confidence and leave a good impression with customers. A team player and also someone who can work independently as well with minimal direction. Entry level position however applicants with previous title and/or real estate experience will be considered first. Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30-5 p.m.
Duties: Answer Phones
Open Files
Sends receipt of escrow deposit
Order Title Work
Obtain information from buyers/sellers pertaining to the closing
Orders City Lien Certificate and Estoppel information
Step in to help the team in any way needed, be flexible to learn new things.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
