More recently than ever, NGE recognizes that people’s lives are busy and guests safely picking up food to-go has become even more important. As a To-Go Specialist , you’ll ensure we deliver convenience without compromising quality or safety. The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service!

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and assists guests with to-go orders.
• Support our commitment to bringing the best experience to all IHOP guests with NGE's hospitality.
• Anticipating needs, processing guest orders and taking payments in a hospitable, timely manner.
• Using food and beverage knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations.
• Works collectively with kitchen staff to complete orders.
• Ensure each guest receives a smile when placing and/or picking up a To-go order from IHOP
• Maintains proper etiquette with all staff members and guests.
• Exhibits teamwork at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift 10-15lbs
• Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length
• 1-2 years in the restaurant industry or related experience
