Job duties:

• Opening/closing the classroom
• Greeting the children and families as they arrive/leave for the day.
• Ensuring that students are comfortable and secure.
• Implementing daily lesson plans that focus on the development of the children utilizing classroom curriculum.
• Set up and serve meals
• Prepare theclassroom for daily activities
• Supervise classroom

Job Qualifications:

• Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• One year minimum Early Childhood experience preferred.
• All candidates must pass a KBI fingerprint background check
• Provide a health assessment with a negative TB test.
• Additional training requirements per KDHE will be discussed at theinterview.
• If you have KDHE-approved hours, please list them on your resume.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Our center is equipped with air filtration systems throughout the building. We utilize a Zono machine to sanitize all classroom materials daily.

• Early Childhood General Education Teachers: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
