What you'll do:

• Collaborate with a team to deliver results based on goals created by IG Group
• Liaison between team and executives to help create synergy for the RFED Business
• Assist with training, developing and directing the RFED business
• Execute orders for US clients on FX
• Help clients with inquiries about their positions, trades, statements, issues with their platforms and payments
• Act as a point of contact for clients and continuously enhancing the client experience, building rapport with customers and growing positive working relationships
• Assist the team with strategic business ideas and provide useful input accordingly
• In addition duties also include, inputting trades and checking off the day's trades.

Who you are:

• Self-motivated individual who can deliver measured results
• You have at least 1-2 years of related industry experience
• You have knowledge of financial markets
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are vital, especially when liaising with clients
• You open to being registered and authorized with the NFA to carry out this function
