Requirements:Bush Hog is one of the most recognized and successful names in the Agricultural Market. The Traffic Coordinator IIIposition for the Company will support and contribute to the company goals of profitability, return on investment, inventory turnover, and accident prevention. The Traffic Coordinator III will coordinate all inventory processes to support the loading and shipment of finished goods and service parts inventory. May assist in scheduling in bound shipments from Bush Hog's approved suppliers and outbound for all direct shipped products from Bush Hog's approved Distributive sources. Compile all invoicing for those Distributive sources. Ensure all Bush Hog contract trucks and drivers are properly permitted in accordance with DOT regulations and the ability to resolve inventory related issues.

Essential Functions of the Job:
- Focus, communicate, encourage and contribute to safety in all aspects of the job and all company meetings.
- Preparation of manufacturing work orders and receipt transactions to receive final assembly of manufactured goods, service parts, and distributive goods to finished goods inventory.
- Receive and process direct ship suppliers orders to invoicing.
- Demonstrated expertise in truck routing, customer service resolution, processing export documents.
- Process receipt transactions to manufacturing work orders, invoice finished goods customer orders for Selma shipments by Bush Hog approved carriers and Customer arranged pickups.
- Responds to questions and issues directed from shipping department to external carriers and suppliers, along with intercompany communications.
- Produce pick/pack sheets and configure work orders for shipments daily and weekly batches.
- Prepare driver bills for contract loads and customer pickups.
- Setup print programs to print finished goods owner's manuals and build owner's manuals to forecast.
- Set up and dispatch approved carriers and/or approved logistic system with regards to pricing loads and schedules for both inbound and outbound goods.
- Process all export documents invoices for loads shipped to Canada and overseas.
- Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner while dealing with vendors and customers (internal and external) and ensure best possible outcomes for the company in the long term.
- Ability to reconcile transformers (invoicing) issues for Bush Hog's freight carriers and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in use of computers including report retrieval and data analysis. Above average skills with Microsoft Office programs is essential. Knowledge of JD Edwards's system is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to reason, to use good judgment, and to resolve problems quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, under Pressure and short deadlines; ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends/holidays as required.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required. Two year college degree or associated training preferred.
- 4+ years' experience in inventory control, shipping or receiving in a manufacturing environment that would provide knowledge of basic functions is desired.
