DiPietro & Associates, Inc. is an emergency medical consulting and sales firm, focused on equipment and services surrounding Public Safety Automated External Defibrillators, First Aid, and Advanced Bleeding Control. Our mission is to help companies navigate safety, by providing them with industry best safety equipment, training, consulting, and program support. We serve all public sectors ranging from; schools, colleges, and gyms: to law enforcement agencies, city municipalities, and both large and small corporations. We are currently hiring one individual to fill the Training Coordinator position for our company.

Training Coordinator:

This is a work from home position, with occasional local travel required. The Training Coordinator serves as the head manager/coordinator who oversees all training classes and onsite services.

Responsibilities of the position are:

• To coordinate and schedule all training classes with clients and instructors. Coordination of training includes; determining class type, class size, class location, designating an available instructor, ensuring the instructor has all materials needed for the class, ensuring receipt of all training paperwork and materials after class completion, briefing, and debriefing with both instructor and client.
• To stay up to date with safety training certifying bodies (AHA, ASHI, ARC, etc.) curriculum and training center requirements, and any applicable protocols.
• To be able to articulate course curriculum, training center requirements, and protocols to the instructors, clients, and upper management
• Direct oversight of instructors and AED/FA “service technicians” including hiring of new and/or temporary instructors and subcontractors.
• To maintain quality control of the certification training, including but not limited to, sitting in on select certification classes, and regularly reviewing and following up on student feedback.
• Being able to coordinate multiple classes at one time
• Maintain oversight of current clients’ onsite service contracts such as monthly AED inspections and/or First Aid cabinet checks, and scheduling these services accordingly
• Responsible for client retention of training services.
• Issue/revise quotes for training classes as needed, as well as working with management to respond to public bids for training contracts

Qualifications for this position:

• 3 years minimum experience in a coordinator position OR equivalent experience
• Must maintain certification in CPR/AED/FA/Advanced Bleeding/BBP
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and Google calendar
• Reliable vehicle for local travel
• AHA/ASHI/ARC Instructor experience is a huge plus
• Teaching/training/EMS experience is a huge plus
• Must have a quiet work-from-home space and area for storage of training materials

The starting salary for this job is $55,000-$60,0000 plus 5% commission on all training that is completed. Benefits include Health Insurance, Simple IRA with 3% employer matching and vacation time.
