Our client is seeking a Training Developer to join our team in Washington, DC.
Essential Job Functions:
· Develop individual and instructors & training curriculum and course materials.
· Develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate catalogues.
· Develop courses and instructional material to educate technical and non-technical personnel.
· Prepare instructor materials (course outline, background material and training aids).
· Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates and course evaluation forms).
· Provide second level training support.
· Provide standards, services and guidance on training programs.
· Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
· US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.
Preferred:
· Knowledge/experience of FAA culture, processes, and procedures.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree and 2-6 years related experience OR
· Master’s degree and 2-6 years related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Training Developer: 4 years (Preferred)
- FAA: 1 year (Preferred)
