Transaction Coordinator Position
DGNY Commercial, a prominent real estate company, seeks an energetic self-starter for an in-office Transaction Coordinator position. The Transaction Coordinator will work to support a very busy real estate office with day-to-day business. The environment requires a team player who is goal-oriented, ethical, and innovative. The location is in Melville, NY.
Responsibilities for the Transaction Coordinator include:
· Answering incoming phone calls from clients and customers
· Preparing presentations, offers letter and exclusive agreements.
· Assisting agents, managers, and office with promotion through social media and email blasts
· Maintain Company social media accounts
· Preparing property flyers
· Running day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
· At least 1-2 years of administrative experience; real estate experience a must
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills - MS Office Suite, internet, social media, aptitude to learn and use other systems such as CoStar, Loopnet, Crexi, etc
· Technology savvy - able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
· Attention to detail, high-level accuracy with documents
