Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinating the translation process for specific projects
• Developing checklists specific to content type for internal departments
• Coordinating and ensuring the delivery of projects to agreed deadlines
• Ensuring effective and clear communication with language service providers and internal contacts to fulfill the project’s requirements
• Keeping contacts informed of project status and escalating any delivery-critical issues to satisfactory resolution
• Ensuring the quality of all deliverables to the levels agreed
• Carrying out all project administration duties to a high level of quality and in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all project documentation and files are maintained
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

***Remote Work: Crown offers hybrid remote work for this position. A reasonable commute is necessary as some onsite work is required.

Job Qualifications:

• 
  Pursuing a degree in a project management, content development or in language related field such as localization, translation, or linguistics
• Good written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proactive approach with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks with a high degree of independence and ownership
• Ambitious, with a desire to learn and progress
