Traveling Maintenance Supervisor Job at Cambridge Management Inc
Salary starts at $25.00 an hour!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing unit turns, including sheetrock patch and repair, mud, texture and full paint. Installing new plumbing and electrical fixtures.
- Performing repairs and maintenance on site including:
- Plumbing maintenance: Water leak location, sink& faucet installation, p-trap maintenance, toilet installation, clearing clogs, replacing angle stops
- Electrical repairs: Diagnosing circuit issues, breaker replacement, outlet and switch replacements, light fixture replacements, appliance installation
- Carpentry work: Door/doorjamb replacement, cabinet box & door replacement, trim work, countertop installation, Formica repairs
- Perform and / or coordinate emergency building repairs.
- Completing resident maintenance work orders.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedule and tasks.
- Train new Community Maintenance Team Members on expectations and procedures.
