Corporate Treasury Analyst Onsite | 5 days a week | Livingston, NJ | $95k - $105k

Position Overview: In this role, you'll manage all treasury-related tasks for our diverse business group, which includes 107 quick-service restaurants, 15 upscale hotels, two rooftop venues, and an outdoor shopping hub. You'll be responsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly cash balance reports for multiple bank accounts and managing cash flows between these accounts. Additionally, you'll assist the senior management team and participate in cash flow projection and various unique projects.

Essential Duties:

• Compile daily reports on cash holdings and anticipated cash needs.
• Record cash transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for over 107 restaurants and 15 hotels through journal uploads to the Lawson financial software.
• Supervise banking activities to identify anomalies and reallocate funds in line with existing cash management guidelines. Investigate and resolve any cash-related discrepancies.
• Aid in the revision of cash flow estimates across different business sectors, in collaboration with the Accounting Director and other Senior Management members.
• Continual engagement and liaison with multiple banks, encompassing both the establishment of new accounts and the management of existing ones.
• Generate monthly bank reconciliation reports related to all cash deposits. Investigate and address all cash-related inconsistencies.
• Maintain necessary records and databases of daily banking transactions.
• Keep a log of debt across various business sectors and associated monthly payment schedules.
• Assist and support Director of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Restaurant and Hospitality Accountants regarding banking transactions.
• Review Daily/Weekly cash reconciliations from POS System to GL.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Treasury.

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants with over five years of experience in a comparable position.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
• Individuals boasting more than five years of experience in a related capacity.
• Proficiency in both written and oral communication.
• Skilled in using Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Expertise in creating and uploading journal entries using accounting software.
• Familiarity and practical experience in utilizing banking websites (for tasks such as setting up Wires, ACH's).

• Familiarity and practical experience with Trintech ReconNet software is a bonus.
• Familiarity and practical experience with cash projection models is advantageous.
• Familiarity and practical experience dealing with diverse banking entities.
• Accounting background in the food service or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
