The Treasury Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Treasury department, including cash forecasting, intercompany cash settling, foreign currency risk management, credit facility management, external credit ratings, and corporate credit cards. The Treasury Manager is responsible for performing in-depth analysis of financial information, preparing analysis of cash management operations and processes, and preparing reports to assist management in making strategic and operational decisions. This position reports to the Director of Treasury and interacts with all areas of the Accounting & Finance Department and Company Leadership.

Treasury Manager Responsibilities Include

• Liaise with numerous outside parties, including banks, ratings agencies, auditors, corporate card service providers and treasury and cash management consultants

• Work closely with partner financial institutions and treasury service providers for enhancements to services, relationship management and new ventures where applicable

• Perform performance evaluations of treasury service providers and perform fee analysis for treasury services

• Develop, monitor, and maintain internal controls for the Treasury department
• Partner with Finance Shared Service Department to evaluate and execute potential enhancements of cash processes
• Oversee cash flow process and work closely with the Investment Department to support maximizing investing excess cash
• Partner with the Financial Reporting Department to assist with budgeting and forecasting for Treasury expenses
• Mentor and grow team as related to Treasury activities
• Develop working relationship with Company Affiliate Finance teams on treasury related items and banking relationships
• Administration of online banking platforms and ensure compliance is met
• Ad hoc Treasury projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Minimum eleven (11) years overall experience in treasury, cash management and related functions. Must have 7 years of experience with an understanding of Treasury Services, Cash Management and Banking Services.
• One year of additional credit given for CPA, CTP or MBA
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and cash forecasting
• Must be self-motivator, detailed, and well organized
• Must have a proven ability to translate analytical and data-driven results into key business and operational recommendations
• Must have strong client service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems is preferred but not required
• Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable.
• Position requires the ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
• Must possess strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
