What will you do

The Treasury Operations Senior Manager develops strategies and oversees daily operations of a best-in-class Treasury Operations team to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement of global Treasury back office operations for the New Consumer Health Company (NCHC). The Treasury Operations, Senior Manager plays a critical and impactful role, owning delivery, and support for the global Treasury organization regarding Internal Controls and Compliance. The Senior Manager, Treasury Operations, will report to the Senior Director of Treasury Operations. The position will have significant interactions with both internal and external counterparties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the global treasury back office function – Settlement, trade confirmation processing and control, plus query resolution. Ensure full segregation of treasury back office functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls while supporting internal and external audit requirements, including SOX and SEC financial reporting
• Maintenance, administration and development of the Treasury Management System, to improve efficiency, maintain control, and enable better visibility of treasury transactions.
• Oversee the establishment, administration, oversight, and maintenance of treasury policies, practices, procedures, systems and a control environment in line with best practice; Ensuring that all treasury activities are carried out in accordance with the approved policies and guidelines.
• Managing stakeholders and developing strong working relationships with internal and external:

External: Global banking partners, external audit, professional accounting and taxation firms, and consultants

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s and/or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• At least seven (7) years of related experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills (must be able to reason through complex and various business and legal scenarios and structures and provide meaningful feedback for decision making)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including the ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)
• Fluent in English

• Experience in Treasury Management Systems
• Strong financial and treasury acumen
• Experience with SAP and Treasury Management Systems
• Experience with Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters
• Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, and tax
• Strong knowledge of banking relationships, guarantees, and letters of credit
• Experience working with global financial operations and managing a global team

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500.
