Cabana is rapidly building a team to execute our vision into the next chapter. We recognize that road trips are daunting to plan so in an effort to make a camper van trip as stress free as possible, Cabana created the Travel Team. Trip Planners on the Travel team will be responsible for planning and building personalized itineraries for guests, including overnight accommodations, dining options, and activities using Cabana's vetted directory of recommended sites.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Create itineraries for guests using taking into consideration guest preferences and using Cabana's site directory as a resource
  • As Cabana launches additional new markets, research new destinations, campsites, and activities when necessary
  • Respond to guests responses within 24 hours of inquiry and ensure that guest are satisfied with recommended itinerary
  • Update and maintain all relevant systems including Zendesk, Canva, and internal tracking databases with guest information and trip itinerary
  • Ensure that all campsites, restaurants and recommendations are added to content database

What we look for in you:

  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to independently learn and navigate new and different technologies
  • Ability to communicate with all types of guests, through email and over the phone
  • Enthusiasm for traveling and exploring

Role Details

  • Role Type: Contractor
  • Working Hours: 10-20 hours, preference for a few hours per day for 4-5 days a week
    • Ability to increase hours as we expand our fleet
  • Pay Rate: average hourly pay of $22/hr, based on number of itineraries produced
  • Please note that benefits listed are only applicable for full time roles and are not applicable to this role
