Most crew are making 12 to 15.00 per hour total (Base + Tips). We are looking for fun, happy and hard working Crew Members to join our team. The Crew Member will be responsible for greeting customers, making food and smoothies and maintaining a clean working environment. We are hiring both Weekday AND weeknight/weekend shifts!Responsibilities:
Have a desire to interact with customers and provide them with great service.

Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Be aware of safety issues.
Have good hand-eye coordination; be able to learn new products quickly; have good customer service skills; work well with others; be friendly.
