CDL Laborer
Support operations by loading/unloading equipment, supplies and materials. Duties for our CDL Laborer include general labor which is physically demanding. This position breaks down to be roughly 10% driving time and 90% labor driven work.
What Do You Offer Us?
- Transport and dump loose materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt
- Perform a variety of tasks such as removing forms, placing pipe in trench, jackhammer and tapping

What is Required?
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver s License (CDL)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- DOT Medical Card
- Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting, kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1year construction general labor experience or military equivalent
Working Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration, rough terrain and inclement weather. The employee is subject to extreme cold and warm temperatures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Will lifting, pushing, pulling or carries heavy objects; using abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; stoop; reach; climb; bend; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
