Minimum Qualifications: 1. Ability to provide tutoring based on content and school objectives and with the needs and abilities of assigned students in mind. 2. Knowledgeable of special education regulations in order to participate in Instructional Educational Plans (IEP) teams and knowledgeable of appropriate behavior management techniques in order to carry out student IEP accommodations and goals at times.3.
Associates Degree in education, Bachelor of Arts degree in education or content area preferred.4.One or more years relevant experience required.5.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively.6.Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and board policies.7.Demonstrated ongoing commitment to workplace diversity, sustainability.
