Ultrasound Technologist Job at Whitecap Search
WCS Healthcare is currently seeking Ultrasound Technologist to work within a Prestigious Healthcare System in Great Barrington, MA. This is a full time, day shift position offering highly competitive pay and great benefits!
- Performing the ultrasound and ensuring the transducer is capturing images correctly
- Explaining the ultrasound procedure to patients
- Maintaining ultrasound equipment and sterilizing the room in which the procedure takes place
- Managing equipment settings and maintenance
- Analyzing diagnostic imaging

Ability to move and lift patients, equipment, and supplies on a regular basis

Ability to operate HIS and CIS computers
- 1 year of current experience

OB experience required

Certification as an RVT through the ARDMS, RVS through the CCI - Preferred
- RDCS
- RCS
- CCI certification accepted
- BLS certification through The American Heart Association
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
- Vascular experience preferred
