***MUST currently have a valid Arizona DPS Guard Card for you to be considered for this position***

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• MUST have Arizona DPS Guard Card (will be verified against Arizona DPS website for validity)

• Clear criminal history (background checks will be conducted)

• Must have excellent observations skills and communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently, especially during stressful situations

General Duties:

• Write, maintain and present detailed daily reports

• Manning a visitor’s desk to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas

• Patrol the perimeter and grounds of our contracted sites on foot, bicycle, or in a company vehicle at regular intervals.

• Recognize potentially dangerous situation and respond in the safest, most effective manner possible.

• Operate metal detectors, x-ray machines, or metal wand detectors as needed.
