What you will do:

We just opened a Brand NEW facility, called The Hangar! This opened in July 2022. This facility is specifically designed for Parkour Classes and Tumbling Classes. You will not be disappointed! See our photos or stop by to see if for yourself! Obstacle courses, tramp wall, tumble track, bars, spring floor, and more! This is a Parkour Coach's dream! Trust us!

You will create an exciting environment for boys and girls to push their limits in parkour skills and drills. You must provide thorough instructions to the students in addition to maintaining safety and risk management. You will plan drills for each class rotation you are scheduled for, setup prior to class, and manage the students during their one hour class. As a part-time position, starting hours will be between 2-20 a week but may increase if you cover extra shifts. There are weekday evening, Saturday morning, and Sunday afternoon shifts.

What you will learn:

We hire individuals with an understanding of sharing motivation and passion with children. When students come to experience parkour, they are learning about movement, physical challenges, and facing their fears. We are here to help them grow and succeed in these areas. You will also learn how our industry influences the character growth of each student. You must be able to communicate the value we bring to students when you interact with their parents.

You may flow with the wind outside of work, but when you come to coach you are expected to follow our standards of conduct and professionalism. When children enter the gym excited to see you, then you know you are doing your job well!

Education & experience necessary:

- Understanding of basic fitness, health and exercise, and parkour.

- A Preferred 1-2 years of coaching experience in parkour or free running in an organization. We will work with you if you have less experience and are looking at getting into coaching!

- Strengths in organization, cleanliness, and communication.

- Ability to handle customers in a positive manner and handle difficult customers with a positive, non-confrontational style.

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers and other employees.

- Ability to safely manage children which may require catching or spotting children.

- Willingness and ability to help the company build a reputation of high quality in your areas of responsibility.

- Willing and able to adjust to changing situations.

What you will receive:

Compensation starts at a minimum of $13.65/hr for entry level. Higher pay rate for coaches with 2+ years experience and/or a four year college degree! There is a $3/hour higher pay for Sunday coaching commitment. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, and a background check will be conducted.
