Urgent Care Office Administrator Deerfield Job at Dr G's Urgent Care Center
Office Administrator:
The Office Administrator is a knowledgeable leader of a complex, successful office and its operations/processes. At Dr. G's Urgent Care this includes: supervising daily activities, employees, and inventory. He/she will ensure the patient flow, starting at the front desk, is productive and efficient. This administrator helps the Clinical Director with the urgent care’s inventory and supplies. Keeping track of what is needed and where everything is organized, is an important responsibility of this role. This individual will also work closely with the VP to ensure the office assigned, runs smoothly, and efficiently. This administrator will be responsible for handling escalated customer conflicts, and must handle these situations with grace and professionalism. Helping to update policies and procedures of the urgent care, and making sure all clinical and administrative documents are signed and/or being handled properly is another responsibility of this individual. The main goal of this administrator is to ensure the urgent care has everything it needs in place, in order to be successful for its customers.
