Full-time Urology clinical triage and scheduling specialist is needed for small fast paced Urology practice in Central Austin. Must be able to multitask, learn tasks quickly and work independently. We are looking for a superstar employee that is dependable, friendly, looking for longevity in a career and hard working with a good work ethic. Please review requirements, as we will only interview qualified candidates. Urology experience is preferred. Bilingual is a plus.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Being the face of our practice. Make each and every one on of our patients feel welcome and happy. Treat everyone as you would treat a friend or family member.

- Scheduling a high volume of patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.

- Triaging a high volume of clinical questions from patients and properly handling patient’s concerns to completion.

- Refilling medications

- Assisting with initiating, monitoring and following-up with medication prior authorizations

- Sending and receiving medical record requests

-Manage pre and post procedural calls to and from patients

-Triage patients prior to telehealth visits

-Must be an independent worker and be able to efficiently time manage.

-Proficient in communication and documentation

-Can assist with schedule prepping for future schedules and chart prepping for future patient visits.

-Ability to work in an office setting as well as remotely.
