We believe in running big gross AND putting up high volume, yes, you can do both. Managers get up and greet 100% of our customers before sending out a pencil. We ask for dealer adds/recon 100% of the time. When not working deals, managers pound the phones to create appointments and generate traffic. This is not a sit back and wait to work a deal, we work hard and strive to be the best. If ANYTHING mentioned above does not come naturally to you, please do not waste your time and apply, I promise you it wont work out.
Prefer someone from the area, not out of state. Need someone who knows and understands the DFW Market.
