Job Summary
Under direct supervision, responsible for performing semiskilled work involving all buildings, yards and grounds, machinery, equipment, furniture and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Valid Michigan Driver’s License and College approved driving record.
3. Proven record of dependability, reliability, and honesty.
4. Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
5. Ability to communicate and work well with others.
6. Proven experience or aptitude in operation of snow plows, commercial lawn mowers, skidsteers, or other excavation types of equipment.
7. Education, training, and /or experience in landscape maintenance.
8. Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and up to 100 lbs occasionally and pass the Schoolcraft College pre-employment physical examination.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
