Valve Customer Service Representative Job at CPC Cryo-Lab
Core Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to CPC-Cryolab’s customers. A strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn, grow and adapt are crucial to this role. This role will be centered on meeting the customers’ needs from answering customers’ questions, relaying directives from open orders, and processing customers’ orders in ERP system, your role will involve communicating directly to customers via many modes. You demonstrate teamwork, competence and character that inspires trust, positivity, conviction and creativity. You take ownership and pride in your work. You are able to give and take constructive feedback, not afraid to speak up with ideas.
Essential Functions:
· Customer order entry
· Communicating customers’ needs to manufacturing team
· Setting priorities for customer orders within manufacturing
· Communicating directly with customers
· Utilizing ERP system – QAD
· Using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word

Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree; in lieu of degree, two (2) years of experience
· Prior manufacturing experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate office equipment such as computer, engineering programs, and other office tools. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and smell.
The position may be required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet deadlines and requirements. This requirement also requires the individual to fly and/or drive to customers’ facilities and attend trade shows.
