Job Summary:

Van drivers deliver marine equipment and accessories to our wholesale customers on a multi-stop, time sensitive route. You will be operating a light duty vehicle, delivering product, and insuring great Customer service.

Our Customers come to us to fulfill a need, complete a project on their boat, or gather items for a great day on the water; you guide your team to ensure Customers leave with the right products to make that happen. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with Hub Manager to prioritize, process and deliver customer orders
• Deliver excellent customer experience with every interaction
• Drive responsibly as you are representing the company and our brand
• Load vehicle to support routing sequence
• Utilize routing apps and schedule to deliver product in an efficient and timely manner
• Provide quality delivery practices for location and condition of product to customer
• Interact with customers during deliveries and inform them of upcoming events
• Ask if there is anything else they need
• Process customer returns
• Make other product deliveries as needed by store or hub
• Keep vehicles neat, clean, and organized
• Vehicles should be clean and operating safely report any issues, damage or malfunctions to your Manager
• Keep vehicles properly fueled and stored
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous boating and/or retail experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to shoulder height unassisted.
