We at First Responders Medical are a rapidly growing healthcare provider for all frontline workers in the state of Maryland. We take pride in our frontliners and want to give them as many opportunities as possible to be in their peak physical condition while they are serving our communities. We perform various tests in house at each of our clinics such as EKG, Stress, Echo, Ultrasounds, Pulmonary Function Tests, Bloodwork, Sleep Studies, ABI, and Urinalysis.
We are in need of a Vascular Sonographer in our new Maryland Clinic that is certified to perform Vascular Ultrasounds (Carotid and LEA) tests on patients.
No Nights, No On-Call, No OB.
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound scans on at least 5 patients per day
- Collaborate and communicate with the rest of the clinical staff
- Explain testing procedures to ensure patients are comfortable with tests
- Working closely with the head doctor and clinical coordinator to create an efficient flow
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Vascular Ultrasounds
- ARRT Certification
- Appropriate schooling and clinical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong bedside manner
- Ability to self manage and confidently perform tests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
