JANUS Research Group is seeking a qualified candidate to perform the requirements of a VBS3 Technical-Functional SME as part of the team performing virtual simulation operators and training support for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE), Mission Simulation Center (MSC) at Fort Sill, OK. This requirement is for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Mission Simulation Center (MSC), Fort Sill, OK, for Call for Fire Trainer 3 (CFFT3) operators, and subject matter experts. This task requires personnel with unique specialty skills and knowledge to provide operator inputs for Leaders and Soldiers during joint fires and targeting exercises at the operational level of conflict.

Applicant for the VBS3 Technical-Functional SME position must possess the following qualifications.

• One (1) years’ experience supporting training exercise operating VBS3 in a low overhead training environment.
• High school diploma
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Fire Support operations, training, and planning.
• One (1) years’ experience in VBS3 database administration and in database design and maintenance.
• One (1) years’ experience developing and executing functional vignettes for test events and planning and executing Operational Readiness Events (ORE).
• SECRET Clearance
