We are currently seeking a Vendor Sourcing Specialist to join our team!

Mission:

The Vendor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying landscaping and snow removal vendors across the U.S. The Sourcing Specialist assists in expanding the vendor data base available to service customer portfolios and their property management needs.

This position would be ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal role with flexible hours.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct daily outreach to prospective vendors via email and phone calls
• Qualify the vendors based on criteria needed to fit our business model and customer's needs.
• Once vendor is qualified, specialist will pass the vendor on to internal vendor management team to complete the process to include insurance verification and contract completion.

• Excellent email and telephone communication skills; personable nature.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgement and professionalism.
• Superb computer skills: Google Suite
• Positive attitude and willingness to promote SGM to potential vendors as a partner to secure landscaping and snow removal business.

Compensation:

You will be paid a hourly rate in line with experience. Immediate access to a complete benefits plan including generous PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401k with company match.

Successful applicants will work remotely. Must have your own computer with access to the internet and Google suite. Work will also require you to have access to a phone.
