Our clinic is seeking a Full-time/Part-time Veterinary Assistant to help provide outstanding patient care, team leadership, and client service in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art urgent care clinic.
Daily tasks of an UrgentVet veterinary assistant include but are not limited to patient restraint, diagnostic sample collection, drug calculation, facility maintenance, and client education with opportunities for hands-on training in technical skills such as phlebotomy, catheter placement, laboratory analysis, and more!
Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a hands-on environment. An UrgentVet team member is an energetic people-and-pet person with excellent work ethic and social and organizational skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time employees may be required to travel to Tampa, Florida for one week of on-site training and onboarding.

Requirements:
