Veterinary Receptionist Job at Waxahachie Veterinary Clinic
Our client service representatives are the face of our practice. We are looking for someone who is well versed in customer service and is comfortable with multi tasking. Responsibilities include talking to clients on a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, checking clients and patients in/out, handling cash, checks, credit card sales, keeping records and medications organized, accurate record keeping for online pharmacy and client prescription needs. Must have excellent organizational, prioritizing, and customer service skills. No veterinary experience is required, but previous veterinary experience is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
