- Proficient in animal handling
- Capability to work well with others and be self-motivated
- Ideally has at least 1 year of experience
- Strong client service skills

Job duties for our veterinary technicians include but are not limited to:
- Educating clients
- Answering/triaging phone calls
- Proper restraint
- Proficient in blood draws
- IV catheter placement
- Performing lab work in house, urinalysis, ear cytology
- Taking radiographs
- Surgical monitoring and recovery of animals
- Admit and dismiss patients for surgical or day-patient procedures
- Fill prescriptions
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments prescribed by our veterinarians.
