HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Multi-Media Designer will be responsible for the concept, design and production of CRI brands, focusing on brand marketing initiatives and activations as well as innovating our brands through video in paid media and display advertising.

This role will report to the Senior Art Director and will be based in our Buckhead offices in our hybrid work environment (3 days a week on-site).

Video & Paid Media Design - 90%

• Creative concepting and development of seasonal campaigns for paid media and display advertising
• Storyboard, assist in direction and edit video content on photoshoots. Must also be able to direct external video editors and production teams
• Design multiple ads per week for paid media and display advertising
• Concept and direct photographers and stylists at our photo studio to capture stylized laydowns (stills and video) that support digital brand campaigns and paid social media
• Create meaningful and impactful relationships with internal marketing and creative partners to ensure we are hitting deadlines, meeting our goals and providing creative feedback while partnering to hindsight on campaign results
• Present all concepts and creative solutions to Sr. Art Director and Sr. Creative Director and present work to internal partners

Organic Social - 10%

• Work with social marketing as needed to continually evolve our look and feel
• Work with the organic social team to capture content for organic social channels like Instagram and TikTok as needed on lifestyle photoshoots

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have:

• Experience in video editing platforms (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and/or After Effects)
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Exemplary design skills in digital and paid channels with a strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize various campaigns and creative projects at once
