We’re looking for a Virtual Admin and Customer Support Team Member based in the U.S. with a reliable home internet connection, a quiet home office or workspace, and availability to work during the following available shifts: 6:00 am-6:00 pm MST M-F, with a rotational schedule to support for weekend coverage (Sat 8:00am-4:00pm MST)

This position requires a weekly commitment 32 hours or more hours (FT). The starting pay is $15.00 an hour with commission opportunities

In addition, from time to time you will be asked to fill different roles for your team. For example, being a 'lead' amongst your team of co-workers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is organized and comfortable working alone, as this is a remote position.
  • Can be part of a team while taking control and responsibility when involved with projects.
  • Is proficient in handling clientele needs, both on the phone and in email correspondence.
  • Can multitask with incoming phone calls, outbound sales calls, including scheduling appointments, paying an invoice, or providing directions to one of our clients' offices.
  • Is self-motivated and dedicated to the role they’ve been assigned.
  • Is willing to grow and learn new skills and principles quickly, and then use those principles to problem solve.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales role
  • Working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with, or an ability to learn common office software, CRM systems, and communication platforms
  • Experience in a call center environment and/or experience with outbound calls
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Laptop or computer with a hard-wired internet connection
  • Google Chrome (latest version to the third oldest is acceptable)
  • Mac 10.9+ or Windows 8, 8.1, 10
  • Minimum 8Gb of RAM (16Gb recommended)
  • Processor: 2 GHz or faster 32-bit or 64-bit
