Full-Time Medical Assistant Phone Receptionist For Vein Clinic (Bilingual Required - Spanish & English)

We are looking for a full-time bilingual phone receptionist to assist with answering prospective patients' calls and scheduling them for their medical appointments.

This position is fully remote and full-time! No medical experience required. High energy, great communication, and quality customer service are required.

You will be required to be available between the hours of 8:30AM - 5:30 PM EST to pick up calls from prospective patients, better understand thier health concerns, and schedule them for their appointments.

You will be paid an hourly pay of $16 per hour + bonuses that will be created on a quarterly basis.

No cold calls. All leads are patients are warm leads who are interested in regards to our services. They want to speak with you!

We will provide you a virtual phone line and number that connects to your smartphone.

This position is FULLY virtual. All we ask is you are in a quiet non-distracting location with a good internet connection.

>> POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: <<

• Bilingual - Spanish & English phone receptionist
• High energy individual with past phone sales or customer service experience.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and looking to grow.
• Obsessed with tracking and loves the friendly competition. We will require to track and report your metrics daily.
• Tech-friendly. Has had experience working with different types of CRM’s, Google Docs, etc.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
