Job description:
Visitor Services Associate – This is a part-time position. Primary responsibilities include welcoming visitors as the initial point of contact to Trinity Church Boston and ensuring a safe and fulfilling experience for all. A positive, outgoing personality will be beneficial as a Greeter as well as in a Customer Service roll. The chosen candidate will eventually acquire knowledge of Trinity Church and the Boston vicinity and be comfortable sharing that knowledge. The position also entails displaying/organizing items for sale in the Gift Shop and use of the POS system for customer purchases.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be personable, reliable and able to work well as part of a small team. Essential skills include self-motivation and willingness to take initiative. Cash handling and/or Customer Service experience would be preferable. Knowledge of the Boston area along with a Fondness of art and architecture would be ideal.
