Requirement:

· Places parts in #specified #relationship to each other. Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together. Removes defective products as needed.

· Tends machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.

· Works at different workstations as production needs require. Works in environment where tasks change as varying models of product are produced.

· Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

· The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. You must have up to six months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior carpentry experience is a must.

· In this role you will focuses on solving conflict, listen to others without interrupting, remain open to others' ideas and try new things.

· It is important to be able to speak clearly in situations, listens and get clarification when needed. Balancing team and individual responsibilities is an important aspect of this job.

· You must be able to give and be open to feedback.

While it is important to be able to work quickly, safety is important in this role and we will expect you to understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to yourself or co-workers and understand how to use equipment and materials properly.

· You must observe all safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions. This role requires you to be able to adapt to changes in the work environment and be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

· It is important that you follow instructions, respond to management direction and take responsibility for your own actions. There are physical demands of this role that must be met to be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

· While performing the duties of this job, you will continuously be exposed to moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to airborne particles.

· You will frequently be exposed to outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

· You will be required to wear ear plugs for noise protection as well as eye protection and other personal protective equipment required by the location.
