Seeking full-time warehouse associates to order select and/or unload at our The Home Depot DC location. We are seeking candidates with warehouse experience. Your safety is our priority. You must be 18 years of age and pass a background check + pre-employment drug test.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 2:45pm -1:45am (WEEKENDS OFF)

• 4 day work week with 3 days off
• WE TRAIN/CERTIFY FOR EPJ!

Paid weekly; every Friday
Incentive based (production)
Exceed production expectations to earn extra incentives

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience (Required)
• Electric Pallet Jack (Preferred *we certify*)
• RF Scanner (Preferred)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Order Selecting: Pick orders. Grab, place, label and stage product. Regular use of Electric Pallet Jack and RF Scanner.

Unloading: Unload containers by hand/equipment , palletizing, shrink wrapping. Grabbing, lifting, stacking product of average weight of 50 pounds. Work on a team of 2-3 people and team lift product over 50 pounds. Occasional use of Forklift/Clamp.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
