• Has reliable tranportation to and from work

• Has experience working in a small business enviroment, specifically in warehouse. Food and/or beverage industry a plus
• Is able to work in different temperature environments. Our facilities are climate controlled, but can also have warmer and cooler days based on the weather

• Comfortable lifiting 50 lbs for at least a portion of each day
• A true team player that knows how to be a servant leader and provide solutions

Job Duties:

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Meets with department heads in Production and Purchasing to plan and effectively manage in/out schedule, raw materials inventory and procurement, safety, and training
• Reports to Plant Manager

Warehouse Qualifications / Skills:

• Teamwork - Partner well with production team, purchasing
• Coordination - Schedule trucks, organize in/out schedule
• Organization - Review production schedule needs,warehouse organization
• Planning
• Time management
• Reporting skills
• Inventory control - Take inventory and manage levels, as well as carrying costs
• Documentation skills - Complete forms as needed
• Manage equipment maintenance - Pallet jacks, forklift
• Data entry skills - Basic ERP and Google Sheets a major plus!

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Forklift Certification required. Prior experience 1+ yrs
• Good communication skills to talk with our vendor partners, customers at times
• Familiarity with SQF, FIFO, and Allergens preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
