Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and maintaining inventory records. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, checking for damages and discrepancies
• Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Pack and ship orders, including preparing shipping labels and documentation
• Organize and maintain inventory records, including updating stock levels and locations
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and hand trucks, to move stock and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and disposing of trash and debris
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and hand trucks, safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Proficient in using basic computer software and inventory management systems
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
