JOB TITLE: Monorail Product Specialist

As a Packaging Specialist, your job will involve removing finished product from the production line and being the 1st step in our packaging process. You will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a 7-person team and rotate through each Packaging Specialist 1 station daily. Whether you are packing gloves from the Auto-Stack Machine, or are located beyond the Glove Collector to monitor for “missed gloves”, the PS1 is responsible for multiple roles in our process and is vital to our success

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good oral and written communication
• Work independently
• Must wear required PPE
• Stand or sit for 12 hrs
• Perform simple mathematical functions, reading and writing
• Follow verbal instructions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

None

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Packaging Specialists are responsible for removing gloves from the auto-stacker in 10 stacks of 10, placing gloves into 100-count dispensers, closing dispensers, and placing gloves onto a loading table. This process is then repeated. A Packaging Specialist will also be located behind the glove collector to monitor for missed gloves. As part of the 7-person team, you will rotate from the auto-stacker to the monitor position throughout the shift.

REQUIREMENTS::

• 18 years of age or older
• Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
• Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance

WORK SCHEDULE:

12-hour shift 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am

Work 3 days on 4 days off/ 4 days on 3 days off (works every other weekend)
