We are currently looking for a qualified Warehouse Associate to support our Monroeville PA location. The position will also be responsible for some purchasing and will work closely with the field technicians, field supervisor and the dispatcher to provide our customer base with the best price and quality on parts and materials. The successful candidate will ensure that all purchase orders are monitored and received in a timely manner. They will be required to negotiate vendor terms and prices as well as schedule deliveries using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements. Responsibilities:

• Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
• Receiving and signing for deliveries.
• Unloading deliveries from trucks.
• Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
• Updating inventory with received items.
• Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work the scheduled shift
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (Sit down forklift)
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Excellent interpersonal/communication with all levels of management
• One year of warehouse experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Required to pass post offer pre-employment screening
• Valid PA Drivers License

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday-7:30am-4:00pm
