Superior Water & Air is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate. Someone with experience working with service technicians, helping them prepare for their service calls.

As a warehouse associate, your role typically involves various tasks related to the efficient operation of a warehouse.

Job Description:

Receiving and inspecting shipments: You will receive incoming shipments, verify their contents against accompanying documentation, and check for damages or discrepancies. This may involve using computer systems or manual processes to update inventory records.

Unloading and organizing inventory: You will unload items from delivery trucks or containers and organize them in designated storage areas within the warehouse. This may involve using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling tools.

Get needed inventory for technicians and help them get ready for their daily service calls.

Inventory management: You will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing inventory levels. This includes conducting regular inventory counts, updating inventory records, and identifying any discrepancies or shortages.

Warehouse maintenance and organization: You will help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by keeping aisles clear, disposing of packaging materials, and following safety protocols. You may also assist in routine maintenance tasks or equipment inspections.

Collaboration and communication: Warehouse associate will work as part of a team, so effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments are essential.

Safety compliance: You will adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries within the warehouse. This may include operating equipment safely, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and participating in safety training programs.

Continuous improvement: Always looking for ways to learn more and grow within the company.
